  Warm friendly considerate smart organized clean absolute perfection!!!! There is absolutely no where else to stay when you visit this fantastic and beautiful city. From the absolute first second upon arriving at the Mandarin I was treated with the upmost kindness and warmth that made me feel right at home immediately. The entire staff were so helpful in getting me organized and situated after over a 2000 mile drive from Dallas. After a very speedy trip up 47 floors the hallway leading to my room just happened to have a sneak preview window on both sides of the hallway...and the views my friends...the views were worth every mile driven!!!! Room was spectacular bathrooms very well appointed and the bed was just Heaven. All the food I had there was fresh delicious and again the whole staff really knew how to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Will never stay anywhere else in all the future visits to San Francisco. The Mandarin Oriental Hotel has my business for life!!!

  Fabulous location with amazing views of the city. wonderful staff and service. the beds were incredibly comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. my favorite hotel in the city.
