Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and every time I book a King size bed I end up getting a queen. I know it might happen once in awhile because they overbook, but I've stayed here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and everytime I was told.... sorry, we do not have any king size beds available. It seems to be a pattern at this location. I've asked, what is the use of booking a king size bed, when its obvious they do not have that many on the premises. Answer is of course (sorry). I've talked to a few of the other travelers and they were told the same thing on numerous occasions.

This Travelodge Motel is a good alternative if you are on a budget and if you're traveling with children. They have a small swimming pool, internet computers in the lobby, and a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and are maintained well.

I have stayed at three Travelodges in the last four months, this one did not hold up to expectations!!! The hotel personnel at check-in gave us a map of the facility, identifying the 'coke' machine and ice machine locations, but did not say a thing about them not functioning out being removed! The Travelodge previously visited had 'pillow-top' mattresses and were very comfortable, this Travelodge had a mattress that felt like plywood with a flannel covering. We did not get complete nights of sleep on the rigid mattress.

We needed a cheap place to park our car for 10 days, and staying here was less expensive than parking in one of the many airport lots. The room was very nice, large, and quiet, even though the busy and noisy 101 freeway was steps away. Breakfast had more variety than we expected, and that was nice. The shuttle to SFO was right on time and very convenient both to and from the airport. When we returned, the car was in perfect condition. iHOP restaurant (24 hours) is connected to the hotel. I don't think you can get more convenient than that! The staff was friendly and the lobby inviting. A very nice experience indeed and highly recommended! But...I wouldn't suggest staying here if your purpose is say a week in SF. It's pretty far from the city and bare bones for ambiance. This is great, though, for one night and to be close to the airport.

I found a great rate here and have stayed before, so there were no surprises for me. It's not the best, newest, or cleanest place, but if you're just needing a bed and a shower for a night, it will do just fine. The room was a bit noisy as the building I was in was next to the highway, but I turned on the fan in the room and could barely hear any outside noise. If you're planning on staying in the area long-term, this probably isn't your place due to a lack of amenities and older decor, but a simple overnight stay turns out to be a pretty good deal in my opinion.
