There seemed to be a lot of outside noise late into the night. At 5:00 AM it sounded as though a large garbage can/dumpster was being moved from one side of the stairwell to the other, passing right across all of the rooms on that floor. I would only give them a 2 star rating.

The hotel is on the edge of a questionable neighborhood. DO NOT leave any valuables in the car! Take them in the room with you at night. The hotel is old and it shows. The exterior could use a good power wash but the rooms were clean. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We didn't plan on spending a lot of time here. All we needed was a safe place to sleep. It was a good value for the price. I would recommend it if you are on a tight budget.

DID NOT ACTUALLY CHECK IN! NOT A FAMILY LOCATION! LOTS OF VISIBLE CRIME ON THE STREET DIRECTLY AT LOCATION. HOTEL CLERK VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. AVOID*********** CHECK OUT THE HOTELS CLOSER TO FISHERMAN'S WHARF - GOOD PRICES AND QUALITY BUT BOOK AHEAD.

This hotel room could be illustrated as unsanitary to say the least. The thin, blue comforters on both beds were covered with large and small circular stains. The exposed box frame from underneath had been colored with brown stains resembling the results of a previous visitors ?late night out?. Once my business group discovered these unsettling characteristics of this Rodeway Inn, an attempt to check out early and receive a money return was in order. We were refused any money back from the hotel attendant working the front desk, and were not even offered a different room for the night. I do not recommend anyone staying at this unsanitary facility.
