It was a small hotel, but it was clean and the room was nice. It was a regular king room and had amenities like a microwave and fridge which was nice. I would stay again.

Dislikes: 1) access; hard to get to. Can't turn directly into hotel from the street, must go around the block every time we came back. A minor inconvenience, but adds up if you come and go from the hotel often. 2) Parking: Dimly lit, scary parking garage with no elevator access from parking garage to the guest floors. 3)No convenient shops/stores within walking distance. 4) Housekeeping somehow failed to clean our room. Manager tried to blame it on us for not taking off the "do not disturb" sign. (which in fact we did when we left the room, while housekeeping was cleaning the room directly across from us.) Otherwise a decent stay, staff was overall friendly, however there are many other choices in the area for the same or better price.

I do not consider a cab to be a 24 hour shuttle. Also when checking in and scheduling their "shuttle" I should not have to explain myself to the surly staff member on why I want the "shuttle" at said time. The toilet ran and the wifi did not. It was clean at least but the bed was nothing special.

First, the area is not the nicest. Most importantly, upon checkin, the gave me a key and when I went to my room, it was OCCUPIED. The key worked and if the metal bar was not accrossed the door, I would have walked in on a man. No regard for privacy or security. I was put in another room, heard sounds all night, door was not a tight close and the bathroo light went on and off all night. Needless to say was able to rebook me and gain a refund.
