  In lieu of a Sweet 16 my daughter opted to travel to San Francisco with her brother who just turned 21 and myself. The hotel's staff was WONDERFUL from the valet parking attendant to the Butler who went out in the middle of the night for sanitary pads for my daughter! Not quite the true 5 Star accomodations we are used to, the service made up for any small slight in the room. Would definitely stay again. Truly top notch service and staff!
